Drug & Alcohol RehabOvercome Addiction.

If 12-step or traditional treatment has failed you before, there's another way to get sober.

100% confidential. No pressure, no obligation.

How It Works

You're Not Broken.

Addiction isn't a character flaw, and you're not weak. The same relentless drive that made it impossible to stop becomes your greatest advantage once it's pointed in the right direction. We don't pile on restrictions. We teach you to harness it and get more out of life.

Body

Get Physically Strong

Structured fitness, ocean work, ice baths and sauna are the treatment itself, with clinical reasoning behind every session. Training restores the brain chemistry addiction ran down, and it scales to wherever you're starting, even if that's zero.

Mind

Understand What's Driving You

Daily addiction education and more one-on-one clinical time than the outpatient norm teach you what's actually happening in your brain, so cravings, anxiety and relapse patterns stop being mysteries and become problems you know how to solve.

Team

Never Do It Alone

You do all of it inside a small team that trains, eats, and does the hard work together. Isolation is what drives relapse, so connection isn't left to chance here. It's built into the treatment day, and it's why graduates stay in each other's lives.

We built the program around what your life looks like after you leave, and we measure it:

88%
successfully graduate the program
89%
are employed full-time after treatment
90%
stay connected to their team
86%
continue their fitness plans after treatment

You don't have to have it all figured out

Reaching out is the hardest part. We're here to make it easier.

We pride ourselves on helping people make real, positive change. Don't let the active, physical side scare you off. We don't expect anyone to feel great about their physical health when they start. Come as you are, and we'll build from there, together.

Our Program

Eight Elements. One Stronger You.

Abstinence is just the jumping-off point. To make change last, you have to build a life you're excited to lead, so each person's program draws from eight integrated, evidence-based modalities that rebuild the whole person.

01

One-on-One Counseling

Private, focused sessions with licensed clinicians, built around your history, your goals, and your pace.

02

Fitness Therapy

Daily, structured training that rebuilds the brain chemistry addiction wears down and restores real discipline. It scales to any starting point, even if you haven’t trained in years.

03

Ocean & Adventure Therapy

Beach, boat, and surf work tied to brain science and team dynamic. A differentiator no traditional center can match.

04

Addiction Education

Learn exactly what addiction does to your brain and body, so cravings, triggers, and relapse patterns stop being mysteries and start being problems you can solve.

05

Process & Support Groups

Honest, guided conversation inside a small circle of peers who get it, where you practice being open and accountable instead of going it alone.

06

Writing Therapy

Process trauma and rewrite the story you tell yourself, turning painful history into a foundation for change.

07

Yoga & Meditation

Practical tools to calm the nervous system, sit with discomfort, and quiet the cravings and anxiety that used to send you back to using.

08

Recovery in Action

You practice new skills in real situations before you leave, so recovery holds up in everyday life, not just inside the treatment room.

Most major PPO plans are accepted, and we'll verify your exact benefits in minutes.

Our Orange County program is a coed treatment community for adult men and women struggling with drug or alcohol addiction. We welcome clients from California and across the country who are ready for a better path to lasting recovery.

Instead of treating addiction in isolation, we rebuild the whole person through an 8-element, evidence-based curriculum, including fitness therapy, writing therapy, and a team built on accountability, so recovery actually lasts.

Often within days. The first step is a quick, confidential call. We'll talk through your situation, verify insurance, and help you take the next step as fast as you're ready.

We offer a full continuum including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and ongoing outpatient and aftercare support, and we have resources available if you need a sober, supportive place to live. We'll recommend the right starting point based on your needs.

We don't run a medical detox on-site, and many people don't need one. For those who do, we'll help arrange a safe detox first and coordinate a smooth hand-off into our program the moment you're medically cleared.

Most of our calls come from parents, partners, and friends. We'll walk you through the options, what coverage looks like, and how to start the conversation, with no pressure and complete confidentiality.

Completely. Your conversation and information are private and HIPAA-secure. There's no obligation and no pressure, just honest answers about your options.
